The Student Council of Science and Mathematics, the student governing body of the College of Science and Mathematics uphold and exercise authentic processes in student governance, leadership, and excellent students of the College of Science and Mathematics. The Student Council of Science and Technology Education is administered by a council of well-trained student leaders taking up programs under the College of Science and Technology Education with the supervision of Mr. Giovanni B. Cagurin. The student organization was established to support and hone the abilities and capabilities of education students through various activities which promotes leadership, teamwork, independency and other values that will be of use in their chosen profession. In addition, the student council mainly focuses on the welfare of the CSTE Community and aims to soar high for greatness.

The Student Council of Technology is the highest student body under the College of Technology of USTP-CDO Campus. As the mother organization of the college, the student council produces strong linkages among the students, student organizations, and college management through implementing various programs and activities for a better student life.
