Join our exciting Week of Welcome as we introduce you to your new home, The Home of the Trailblazers. WoW is a one-week event organized to help the new students (incoming senior high school, freshmen, and transferees) undergo a successful transition to the university. This year, the WoW 2020 will be held virtually.

By joining the week of welcome you will be provided with helpful tips and information that will contribute to your overall success. It is our hope that you will develop a sense of community with USTP - CDO, harness your skills needed to thrive in the new learning platform, be informed with the academic and disciplinary policies, be introduced to the key personnel, connect with other students before the semester starts, and get support from your parents.

Upcoming Events:

Day 1 - August 17

Day one is the opening and welcoming of students by the USTP System President to a new school year through live streaming and videos along with the heart to heart talk with the Chancellor of USTP CDO. The students will also be taught about mind setting during this new normal.

Day 2 - August 18

Day two of the Week Of Welcome will focus more on the orientation of the university services, non-academic, and disciplinary policies. All of which will be discussed by the university's Prefect of Discipline, Mr. Joel Abratiguin, and the Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Maria Angeles D. Hinosolango, through Facebook group live streaming.

Day 3 - August 19

Day three is focused on the exploration of the e-Learning portal and understanding the flexible learning program during this new normal.
Also, there will be a simultaneous academic policy orientation of the University in the afternoon. This will be presented by the College Deans and SHS Principal from respective colleges and departments.

Day 4 - August 20

Parents play a vital role in honing their child's academic potential. During the day four, there will be a facebook live streaming of the parents' orientation titled, AMUMA. This segment will give them ideas on how they could help their child achieve their maximum potentials specially during this new normal set-up.
 Another segment for the WoW's fourth day is LAKIP: A STUDENT INVOLVEMENT FAIR and KICK-OFF: USTP Pride and Spirit.
