When is the Week of Welcome (WoW)?

The Week of Welcome will be on August 17 to August 20, 2020.

When will the classes start?

The classes will start on August 26, 2020.

Do I have to visit the University to join the WoW?

During this pandemic, social gatherings are not allowed. Consequently, the University will conduct this year's WoW through virtual sessions.

Am I required to join the Week of Welcome?

Students are enjoined to participate the real-time virtual week of welcome. However, if the students are under circumstances which prohibit them to do so, downloadable PDF file of the Student Handbook, recorded videos, and other related materials are available through the University of Science and Technology e-Learning portal. Just visit https://ustep.ustp.edu.ph

Please note that students are required to take the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) short-term course, survey and evaluation using the portal. The evaluation is one of the requirements of the Office of Student Affairs for clearance.

How to register for the Virtual Week of Welcome?

Visit the WOW website at wowcdo.ustp.edu.ph, click the “REGISTER HERE” on the homepage, and fill out the registration form. After successfully submitting the form, an e-mail of the instructions on how to join the real-time virtual WoW will be sent to you.
